Recipes for Massage Blends

     I have provided four recipes for massage blends, however, it is fun to be creative and choose the essential oils you like for your massage blend. One drop can change the blend! Experiment and find the blend that you enjoy the most.

To help relax tense muscles:
4 drops mandarin
4 drops bergamot
2 drops rose essential oil
Add essential oils to 20 ml cold pressed vegetable oil

For a restful sleep:
4 drops lavender officinalis
4 drops sandalwood
2 drops geranium or ginger
Add essential oils to 20 ml cold pressed vegetable oil

Soothing massage blend:

3 drops lavender officinalis
2 drops juniper berry
2 drops sandalwood
Add essential oils to 15 ml cold pressed vegetable oil

Stimulating massage blend:
3 drops lemon
2 drops rosemary 1,8 cineole
2 drops juniper berry
Add essential oils to 15 ml cold pressed vegetable oil
