Relieve Stress and Ward off colds and flu

Aromatherapy massage and aromatic baths are two of the best methods to relieve stress and ward off colds and flu. Over 80% of ‘dis-ease’ in the body is attributed to the adverse affects of STRESS.

Relaxation Massage Blend
50 ml cold pressed vegetable oil
12 drops Lavender (Lavandula officinalis)
6 drops Juniper (Juniperus communis)
7 drops Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis 1,8 cineole)

Relaxation Bath Blend
¼ cup unscented bath salts
3 drops Geranium (Pelargonium graveolens)
4 drops Lavender (Lavandula officinalis)
3 drops Marjoram (Origanum majorana)
Add essential oils to bath salts. Add the mixture to a drawn bath. Swirl. Relax in the bath for 20 minutes.
